This device burned my face. The first two times I used this, on the lowest setting, there was some tingling and a shock but no redness. The next time, I turned it up just above the lowest setting and it burned my face. It's like a severe sunburn, red, peeling, very sore and tight feeling. After 3 days it's finally healing. Do not use this without extreme caution.

First I commend the customer service people for getting back with me so quickly. They wrote several times and worked out my problem. I like the unit and it seems to be doing a good job on making my hair follicles strong. I bought it because my hair was getting thinner, but this makes it strong again. I don't know about lightening age spots yet. I guess that will have to give a little time too. Overall, happy.

This has done wonders for varicose veins. Trying it for thicker hair and also wrinkles. Too early to tell yet. But works well, and arrived quickly. Lights up with the violet color. At the price, well worth a shot. Do treat carefully though. It is glass after all!

This product exceeded my expectations, as it was packed with I nice, useful, padded carrying case. It works resoundingly well for treating skin conditions as well as for experimental play. Would highly recommend it as a great, inexpensive, 110V solution.

It doesn't do what it says it does. It does nothing but sting me when power is on high. Never again will I waste my 85.00 on anything like this

It feels like it is working. It is painless and easy to use. I use mine for cosmetic reasons but it has proved useful as a tool for a damaged lymph gland.

Best product for an acne prone complexion! I use it on inflamed pimples for at least 5 minutes and it noticeably dries up over night! This is the most effective treatment I've found for the painful and inflamed pimples I tend to get! It also helps kill dermatitis!

Powerful too - thank goodness it has different settings - I'm still on the lowest one - amazing for acne - the little thin unit zaps them and really well. My husband has them on his back, and has always swam with his t shirt on - not this year. He's really happy about that. I get them occasionally on my face and this, combined with Paula's Choice BHA 2% or the acne treatment, makes those ones under your skin (the painful ones) disappear in 2 days. Amazing - both combined.

The product has helped remove some fine lines, I do wish they would have given a dvd with it. I will continue to use it and purchase more of the glass argon accessaries

My high frequency wand, near the handle, has smudging and dirty-looking adhesive sticky stuff on it. It works, and the dirty part can be cleaned, so I'm too lazy to return it. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing but I had to stop using it. At first it seemed like my face felt good, clean and refreshed. After using it only 3 times, once a week, my face broke out real bad in one area. I have had a bad break out for months just in that one spot. Afraid to use again.

Use a clear toning gel ( Serious Skincare Facial Toning Conductive Gel) is what i use, don't know if they sell it on here. Bought mine on HSN. Takes 5 to 10 min of your time a day.....well worth it!
