My high frequency wand, near the handle, has smudging and dirty-looking adhesive sticky stuff on it. It works, and the dirty part can be cleaned, so I'm too lazy to return it. I do question why there would be dirt on a "new" product and as the box it came in is not sealed with plastic, I don't have confidence that this is a manufacturing issue and not a seller issue.
